Beautiful Leather & Steel Chairs from Overgaard & Dyrman
I love design, and I appreciate the little things that make something special, and these chairs from OVergaard & Dyrman are just that... they are made of something special. Very special.
The debut design from the Copenhagen company is stellar.
The steel frame looks like some time of ribs or vertebrae inspired design, and they are hand welded together. Its truly a beautiful form that takes shape into seating. I could stare at the frame all day. Its really beautiful. The lines are simply perfection. Then we get into the hand sewn leather cover. The leather is hand cured, beautiful, precise and the cut and finish really compliment the frame. The way it attaches to the frame is epic too, the straps look perfect.
This design is really, really well done. I love everything about them.
If this company debuts with products like these, then they are going to have a successful company brand for years to come. Well done.
Now if I can only get about 20k together to buy them...
